Innovative AI-driven lawyer & mediator · The Hague

Complex matters.
A clear direction.

Where business and personal interests intersect, the question is not only what the law permits, but what makes sense. I bring clarity, develop strategy and act decisively when required.

Innovation in legal practice

20 years in IT.
20 years as a lawyer.
Putting AI to work.

I combine 20 years of experience in information technology with 20 years in legal practice. I use AI extensively to approach legal questions more efficiently and with greater precision. But sound legal advice always depends on professional judgment, reliable sources and critical thinking.

Behind the lawyer

No detours.
Clarity and perspective.

“Good legal advice must also stand up outside the courtroom.”

I am Rob van Biezen. Before becoming a lawyer, I spent many years in business, including as an interim manager. I understand the pressures business owners face and how legal decisions affect both their organisations and their personal lives.

I studied Dutch law in Leiden and also pursued tax law. As a lawyer and mediator, I consider each matter from legal, financial and strategic perspectives. Sometimes negotiation is the best route; sometimes litigation is necessary. Either way, a clear direction comes first.
